Athletics Ontario Fees Increased
On December 5, 2009, the member clubs of Athletics Ontario voted to increase the membership fees for all age groups within the Athletics Ontario community.
This increase was caused by changes to the funding formula used by the Ministry of Health Promotion to determine how much each sports group within the province will receive. These changes resulted in Athletics Ontario receiving approximately $50,000 less each year for the next three years.
Effective with the 2010 year the fees will increase as indicated below:

As Windsor Legion has already accepted registrations based on the 2009 Athletics Ontario rates, we will absorb the increases on all Indoor and Full Year memberships . The increase will be applied to Outdoor and Cross Country memberships.
An additional increase of 12% will take effect on July 1st when the H.S.T. comes into effect. This tax will be applied to all memberships paid for after this date.
