Read more The Windsor Legion's own Daryl Smith, finished 15th while representing Canada at the 6th North American Central American and Caribbean Cross-Country Championships in Tobago last Saturday March 6th. Competing in the junior men's division, the 19-year-old Smith finished the six-km course in 19:54.8 as Canada finished first in the team event, which also featured teams from Jamaica, the United States, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Trinidad & Tobago, and qualified for the world championships in Poland. The Session will commence "Monday May 3rd and end Wednesday June 2nd". The start time will be 6:00PM-7:15PM on Monday and Wednesday nights at Alumni Stadium at the University of Windsor. The cost to each athlete is $55 for the 4 week session. Registration will take place at 5:30pm Monday May 3rd (Just Prior to the start of the first practice). See you there! Show less

It was the last meet of the indoor season for the Legion TFC. The meet was capped by a few outstanding performances most notably another A/O Indoor record from Legion new comer Jordan Young who bettered the old record by 50 cm in the weight throw; double gold medalist in the Bantam 800m and 1200m, Matthew Pardo and the  "Radovich Chiropractic Athlete of the Week" Jaiden Mulder who stole the show  and the gold medal with an outstanding performance in Bantam 150m race. She finished with 1 gold and 1 silver medal. Please keep checking our website as there is more to come. Upcoming events include registration for the Elementary Spring Prep session in May, as well as the Summer session which starts the last week in May and the greatly anticipated unveiling of our new uniforms and warm ups. One of the highlights of the mee ... Read more On Valetine's Day, St. Denis Centre played host to the Athletics Ontario Relay Championships. The Legion took the track as quite a few incredible performaces were had. One of the highlights of the meet occured in the 4x200m Girls Youth Relay as 11 year old Jaiden Mulder , ran a tough 3rd leg and held off girls 4-5 years her senior. We had 3 gold medal performances, Matthew Pardo in the Bantam Boys 1200M; Branden Hyman in the Bantam Boys 150M; and in the Junior Women's 1600M Sprint Medley Lyndsey Telega, Kelsey Balkwill, Taylor Ross and Angelica Campigotto. The Radovich Chriopractic Performers of the week are the gold medal winning  Junior Women's 1600M Sprint Medley team of Lyndsey Telega, Kelsey Balkwill, Taylor Ross and Angelica Campigotto. As our first ... Read more Today, the Windsor Legion Track and Field Club traveled to the Toronto Track and Field Centre to participate in the Athletics Ontario Indoor Combined Events Championship and Prep #1 Meet. As our first meet of the year we sent a small contingent but nevertheless performed well, coming away with excellent performances as well as a few medals. Namely, Legion new comer Jordan Young, who uncorked a massive heave of 22.31m to win the boys weight throw and set a pending record. Jordan recently moved to the city with his family and is set to begin school at Massey Secondary HS. In other news our  "Radovich Chiropractic Athlete of the Week"  is Matthew Pardo. Matthew won a gold medal in the Bantam Boys 1200 Meter Run in a time of 3:51.55. Full results can be found on our website. Show less
